Guidelines & Expectations — Access & timing: The suite is available only during your contracted rental time and will be locked during the main event, so please schedule hair and makeup within those hours. Food, drinks & damage: Outside food and drinks are allowed, but any spills or damage may result in extra cleaning or repair fees. Personal items & liability: Remove all personal items by the end of your rental; the suite will be locked during the event for liability, so store items safely until the end. If you need an outfit change during the event, we can arrange a scheduled time.
